Definitely not the first to post this one, but my wife and I make this annually now when tomatoes start getting good. The craving struck and we went to our local farmer’s market this morning. 10/10 for me!

    Fresh tomatoes from the garden are amazing. They got even better this year with manure amending the soil.

    Wow, next time I am in New Orleans I need to check this place out. This looks amazing, and I just looked at their menu and they make a collard greens melt on rye! Sounds so good.
